1/10. You ask for specific instructions to cut your hair and they say okay, then they end up cutting off extra chunks of hair that you never told them to. Like how can you possibly cut someone's hair so badly and think to yourself "this looks good!"? told my hairstylist to cut only sides. she ended up cutting the edges of the top. It looks atrocious. No way to fix except wait for it to grow back. previous experience was the same, told them not to cut one part and they do it anyways. just please listen to what we ask for. You can cut hair, so you should be able to understand a few words we say.

Best place for a flattop. A hard haircut to give. Not many can. Lorena is great at it!

I took both my boys in for cuts and they both turned out bad. We usually have a good experience with sports clips. It's a hit or miss on the stylist you get.
